Sopapilla Cheesecake…delicious!

This dessert is AMAZING and super, super easy! They are a quick dessert that is great for taking to get-togethers and pot luck dinners!

3 cans pillsbury butter crescent rolls
2 (8oz) packages cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup butter (melted)
Cinnamon & sugar

Unrolled and spread 1 & 1/2 can crescent rolls on bottom of un-greased pan. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread mixture over crescent rolls. Unroll and spread remaining crescent rolls over mixture. Spread melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

    it’s been awhile since i made this and my mouth is watering just by looking at the picture! it’s best for me to NOT make this…..since you and beau are at school i would be tempted to eat the whole pan myself! you’ll have to make it and take to the office….it is heavenly with coffee….yum!

    been a while for me too….and when you put whip cream or ice cream on it, it’s oh so good! and rhonda, if it makes you feel any better you can cut the recipe in 1/2….then you’ll only be eating 1/2 as many calories!
